Flowing Screed

Flowing screed is a calcium sulphate based screed which is delivered from the suppliers in truck mixers and placed on to the floor by pump.

Tradional Screed

Traditional sand cement screed is made up of a fine screeding sand and cement in ratios of between 1:3 and 1:5 with 1:4 being the most popular.

Polymer Screed

Need screed but only have a small floor zone, polymer screed is a screed that can be laid at 25mm average thickness, no less than 15mm in any one area. Due to the resin in it it is also perfect for bathrooms, wet rooms or to go with your waterproofing methods for a swimming pool.

 

Fast Drying

Fast drying screed are a modified sand cement screed that contain a smaller cement water ratio which enables them to dry at 4 hours to 16 days ready for floor covering.
